We loved it here and the only reason we haven't given it 5 stars is the location is a little isolated...we realise that cannot be changed and actually that is part of the appeal, you have to relax, wind down and rest, so perhaps 4.5-5.0 …

We stayed in our tourer and although the weather was pants and we had issues with our caravan we found the site to be well maintained clean and tidy. The grass was mowed and the site consisted of both grass and hard serviced pitches. The site has a lovely farm shop and restaurant with great outside area for eating and drinking. There was also a spa facilities. Such a shame we couldn't make the most of these facilities. However it's definitely on our list to return. The price I felt was top end but reflected the facilities and maintenance. The service posts included water waste and 16amp electric. The road is off set from the main A43 and is heard at night , it is also a busy road to cross especially when towing. Lots more to try and report in , hopefully next year when we are back and with the better weather.

Apart from a little road noise this site is great. Lovely staff. Cafe and farm shop have to be seen to be believed, such good quality food and gifts. A pampering session in the spa was enormous fun, very relaxing and Alexa coupled to a beefy sound system added to the experience. Lovely walks in the area too, be even better when the local pub reopens Food & drinks: Good food, very well presented, themed nights.
