We visited today for a late lunch - the hospitality was amazing! We were welcomed by a very cheery gentleman who provided some giggles for our kid :) They were very accommodating and provided a highchair for our little one. The food was delicious and good value for money.

Lovely little place, lovely coffee, lovely view, homemade cakes, jams and pickles. Even a blanket to keep you warm in the outside seating. Lovely! Xx Chicken and mushroom soup to die for! Lovely sausage rolls. And all reasonably priced too. Love this place xx

Lovely place with delicious home made pastries and cakes, including gluten free options. Great customer service from the very considerate shop assistant, possibly owner. Would definitely go back again. Really nice place.

First timer to the store. Impressive range on offer from jars of Pickled Village chutney to freshly baked goods and a range of cheeses. Stopped in to get a few jars of aforementioned chutney and ended up with loads more. I am vegan and there were many suitable for me to choose from. Owner was lovely and friendly and helpful with selection. The one I pictured is wonderfully tasty and very hot 🔥 if that's what you like. I will most definitely be returning very soon. Highly recommend a visit.

Some friends and I happened upon this place during a rural ramble. We were told food was the best in the area and went inside. We bought hot food, drink and cake and sat on the terrace to enjoy them. A rude female staff member burst out of the doors we had just walked out of to say the seating was not meant for us, but we would know for next time? There were NO customers there and it was NOT very welcoming for us out-of-towners. See you tenth of never!
